My motivation isn’t at it’s peak this week due to a factor of reasons but I refuse to let it stop my progress. As far as progress goes, I definitely feel better. I feel more energized, healthier and stronger than I would have been a month ago. I don’t see much change, but I’ve gotten compliments from others so that is always a confidence booster. I’m trying to do this thing where I don’t constantly weigh myself. I’ll try to limit it to once a week or even two. I’ve learned that the scale isn’t always right and that it doesn’t account for muscle mass, water weight or fat. Because of this, I don’t want to solely rely on that number on the scale to record my progress. I’ve been measuring myself instead.
This week is going to be a busy one and it’s hard to find time to go to the gym for my workout. Today, I’ve decided to do one of my fitness videos. Hey, it’s something and I know it gives me a full body cardio workout.
I’m now more worried about my week long vacation in two weeks. I’m hoping that there’s a workout facility in our hotel..
